. .where creative healing and storytelling collide

Like a willow tree rooted near water, our inner lives are shaped by both what grounds us and what moves beneath the surface. There are seasons of stillness, and seasons of bending—times when we are asked not to resist, but to soften and adjust to what life brings. Change does not always come through force, but through a quiet kind of flexibility.

In therapy, there is space to slow down and notice what is present. Together, we can explore the patterns we carry, the emotions that have been held, and the parts of you that may have learned to bend in order to survive. There is also room to reconnect with your inner voice and begin to move in ways that feel more aligned with who you are becoming.

I approach therapy as a collaborative and creative process, grounded in curiosity, empathy, and respect for each person’s lived experience. My work is rooted in a person-centered perspective and draws from expressive arts, somatic, and psychodynamic approaches to support healing and growth.

I hold the belief that creativity is an essential human need. It is not limited to the arts, but lives in how we adapt, imagine, and relate to ourselves and others. Through movement, visual art, writing, or sound, clients can access emotions and insights that words alone may not always reach.

The therapeutic relationship itself can be a source of healing. It offers space for new experiences of connection and the possibility of tending to grief, loss, and past wounds with care. Like the willow, there is the capacity not only to endure, but to grow—finding new meaning, even in the wake of what has been lost.
